This October 19th and 20th we want as many people as possible to find a way to celebrate the KCNQ2 community and to raise some money at the same time. We are a diverse group with many different ages and locations. And though we are global we are made up of people living in different local communities. So we want to show people how global and local (Glocal) we are.

Our plan is to get as many people to organize as many local events as possible. A 5K, a walk to a local landmark, a potluck, a hike to the top of a local mountain, an afternoon at a local park, a trek to a local brewery. Anything! We want YOU to plan something that you can do in your community to celebrate our KCNQ2 kids, even better if it’s able to raise some money to help advance research toward a cure.
